Hello, I’m Winnie Wong
I work with Asian women in their 30s who look capable on paper but feel quietly misaligned in their bodies.
My work sits at the intersection of coaching, creativity, and conscious living.
It is informed by my training as a certified Life and ADHD Coach, my formation as a Death Doula-in-training, and my years as the founder of Gold & Behold — Singapore’s first Modern Kintsugi artist.
But more than qualifications, my work is shaped by lived experience.
By learning to question inherited scripts.
By understanding survival patterns.
By realising that strength and support are not the same thing.
What I care about is this:
We get one wild life.
And too many of us are living it on survival mode.
I believe in self-authorship.
In questioning inherited scripts.
In choosing consciously instead of coping quietly.
In building lives that feel aligned, not just impressive.
This is not about rebellion.
It is about choosing yourself.
Choosing how you want to live.
Choosing what you want to carry forward.
Choosing who you are becoming.
If you are ready to move from survival to writing your life with intention — you are in the right place.
