This 90-minute guided session will help you identify the survival patterns currently shaping your biggest decisions — especially as Asian women in our 30s.
You will:
• identify the script you are unconsciously living by
• trace where it came from
• separate what is inherited from what is actually yours
• define one area where you are ready to choose differently
Most interaction will happen in the chat.
No hot seats. No pressure to speak.
At the end of the session, you will leave with:
• language for what you have been feeling
• a simple decision filter you can use moving forward
• one clear shift you can apply immediately
