Ushering the new year can be exciting for some and daunting for others.

I used to have cold sweat, breathing difficulties and felt a great sense of failure on the very last days of the year.

At the end of one particular year, I thought to myself —

‘Gah, I achieved NOTHING this year, again. Didn’t lose weight, still stuck at my soul-sucking job, still directionless, burnout, still having anxiety, still low in energy, still not a morning person, don’t have a proper routine, and the list goes on and on.’
